Madison, you are probably be better off getting a professional appraisal if you are looking to refinance your home. Appraisers normally will tour your home, and then compare your home and its features to recently sold comparable homes to determine the value. Good luck on your refinance.

The problem is when I go to refinance for a lower interest rate mortgage…Zestimate undervalues my house. And there goes my chance. I didn’t ask for my house to be “zestimated”.
Is there any recourse for unwanted “help”?
